• Monitor key infrastructure using bespoke tools and respond to alerts from the Network Operations Centre.
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate incidents affecting the production IT service, ensuring customer-facing products and critical internal systems run flawlessly.
• Perform daily checks to keep production systems in top shape, coordinating planned maintenance and managing potential scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate effectively with senior managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Log and manage incidents and changes in our ticketing system, and provide clear feedback on the impact of system and procedural changes.
