Responsible for managing and developing digital technologies to support organisational goals. Oversees network, servers, and cloud systems; ensures IT support for staff; manages procurement and budgets; identifies technology improvements; trains staff; liaising with stakeholders; and leads the IT Team.

Responsible for leading and developing digital technologies to support organisational objectives. Overseeing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning hardware and software systems including 800+ devices, printers, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, networking equipment, and associated software.

• Planning and managing network, server, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitoring performance, security, and usage of systems.
• Delivering effective IT support for staff.
• Procuring IT equipment and services to ensure best value.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance operations through technology.
• Supporting staff training in technology use.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders on IT matters.
• Managing and motivating the IT Team to maintain high performance.
