IT Administration Supervisor

We are looking for a IT Administration Supervisor to join our busy Administration department.

The IT Administration Supervisor will be required to oversee the Administration department, therefore other duties within Admin will also be required where necessary.

Main duties of the job

The position requires an understanding of Enhanced Services, running searches, entering data, sending review invite letters to patients and completing submissions. Liaising with all levels of staff will be required to ensure the correct data is being used in the patient's medical records.

The successful applicant will need an understanding of QOF as they will be part of the Practices dedicated QOF team.

The Practice uses SystmOne, knowledge of which is a requirement for the role.

The right candidate will be IT competent, conscientious, self-motivated and proactive with excellent attention to detail. You will be able to work independently as well as within a team environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload.

Experience

• Experience of working in General Practice.
• Experience of using SystmOne.
• Experience of overseeing a department or managing a team.
