Investment Banking Client Integration (London)

We are currently seeking a Client Integration Associate to support one of our key clients, a leading financial institution.

Role Overview

The Client Integration Associate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients. You will ensure the smooth integration of client accounts, working closely with both the client and internal teams to ensure a seamless process. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has some hands-on experience in client integration or onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and integration process
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the integration process, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
• Coordinate with various teams, including sales, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure all processes are followed correctly.
• Oversee client documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a focus on credit assessments.
• Identify areas for improvement within the integration process, proposing innovative solutions to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
• Report regularly to senior management on the progress of client onboarding.

Key Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in onboarding / client integration in banking or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude, comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive improvements.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Understanding of the regulatory landscape related to client onboarding and credit risk.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
