He also regularly appears before various tribunals and forums, including the National Company Law Tribunal, consumer commissions, commercial courts, trial courts, family courts, and magistrate courts. His legal practice spans a diverse portfolio, including civil, criminal, commercial, arbitration, transactional, company, service, employment, tender, and intellectual property law.

• INR 6,000 per month for students based in Bangalore.
• INR 6,000 per month plus reimbursement of accommodation expenses up to INR 6,000 for students from outside Bangalore.

Interns will assist with legal research and drafting in matters relating to disputes. Active participation in meetings and independent handling of assignments is encouraged.

1. An up-to-date CV (maximum three pages)
2. A statement of interest (maximum 300 words) explaining your motivation to pursue a career in litigation or dispute resolution
3. A concise critique/analysis of one of the following Supreme Court judgments:

• Gayatri Balasamy v. ISG Novasoft Technologies Ltd
• M/S Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. v. State of Maharashtra

The note should briefly summarize the ruling and offer an original analysis or critique.
