Intermediate Sustainability Consultant

London Commercial Offices & Industrial Projects

Are you a Sustainability Consultant with 2+ years' experience looking to take the next step in a growing, technically strong London consultancy? This is an exciting opportunity to join a business led by Directors with over 40 years of combined industry experience, working primarily on commercial office and industrial projects across the UK.

If you're motivated, detail-driven, and passionate about progressing your career in building performance and sustainability, this role offers genuine development, hands-on project exposure and mentorship from seasoned experts.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Intermediate Sustainability Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of sustainability assessments, technical reports and net-zero pathways for high-quality commercial developments.

You will:
  • Assist in carrying out Net Zero Audits and preparing CRREM pathway reports
  • Work closely with a Senior Assessor to support and contribute to BREEAM assessments
  • Develop your expertise with the goal of becoming an independent BREEAM Assessor
  • Produce clear, detailed technical sustainability reports for office and industrial projects
  • Support the wider sustainability and building performance team on project delivery
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years' experience as a Sustainability Consultant
  • Desire to gain hands-on experience in Net Zero Audits and CRREM modelling
  • Experience in these areas is highly desirable, but not essential
  • Strong written communication and technical report writing skills
  • Background in UK commercial projects - ideally office or industrial buildings
  • Motivated to develop professionally, particularly towards BREEAM Assessor accreditation
  • A proactive, organised and detail orientated approach
Why This Role?
  • Work closely with highly experienced Directors who actively mentor and support career growth
  • Gain exposure to major commercial office projects in London and across the UK
  • Genuine pathway to become a qualified BREEAM Assessor
  • Opportunity to develop meaningful expertise in Net Zero, CRREM pathways, and building performance
  • Join a supportive, technically strong and growing sustainability team

If you're looking for an opportunity to fast track your development and work on high-quality commercial sustainability projects, we'd love to hear from you.
