Interim Transaction Services Director

My client is seeking to high an ex Transaction services Director who now works on an interim basis. Their portfolio company is in need of a senior Director to lead all aspects of their sale from a financial due diligence point of view.

You will lead on the project and support the CFO with building the valuation model and owning the data room. You will produce the VDD document and support the business with coordinating the sale from a numbers perspective and be the business go to for questions from potential buyers.

If you previously worked in the big 4 in Transaction services capacity before moving into corporate finance and have supported retail businesses with their sales I would be very keen to talk to you.

My client believes that retail experience is essential to this sale so please reach out if you have the worked extensively in the transaction services space within retail specifically.
