Interim People Operations Partner - Media

We're seeking an experienced Interim People Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing global media organisation at a pivotal moment in their journey. With 800+ employees across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US, the business is preparing for its next chapter, and this role will play a critical part in shaping an efficient, scalable approach to people Ops.

This isn't business as usual. This is a hands-on, project-driven role where you'll get under the hood of how things currently work, identify opportunities for improvement, and design impactful, strategic solutions that elevate the employee experience globally.

• Conducting an audit and ensuring compliance processes for casual workers, contractors, and agency staff
• Supporting a policy renewal project and creating a centralised policy tracker across UK entities
• Embedding compliance training into onboarding, including sexual harassment awareness
• Streamlining HR processes (including exploring AI solutions to reduce admin workload)
• Reviewing the HRIS tech stack and evaluating new tools
• Mapping the employee journey to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all locations

• A track record in People Ops / HR Enablement, with strong project management skills
• Experience in global, multi-entity businesses (ideally group structures)
• A strategic mindset with the ability to cut through ambiguity
• Comfort working autonomously while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Energy, creativity, and a sleeves-rolled-up approach

You will be based in their London HQ where they typically work 3 days in, 2 from home - for this role open to more flexibility, with much of the work being behind the scenes.
