What you'll be doing

• Lead and refine the group's compliance roadmap and regulatory monitoring strategy
• Oversee regulatory engagement (especially BMR/IOSCO) and board-level governance
• Manage, support, and coach two risk & compliance managers
• Partner with leadership to drive risk awareness and embed a practical control culture
• Own the risk register and drive accountability for mitigation across the business

What you'll bring

• Senior risk or compliance experience in a regulated environment (ideally PRA or financial data)
• Proven success in building or evolving risk frameworks
• A pragmatic, commercial mindset - comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
• Clarity and confidence in regulatory comms - written and verbal
• Team-first leadership approach with the presence to build trust fast
