Job Description

As recruitment partner you will be responsiblefor managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across the organisation.You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs andprovide expert advice and support throughout the recruitment process. This isan exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our talent acquisitionstrategy and contribute to the growth and success of St Austell Brewery.

This is a field based role and will require travel across Cornwall, Devon, Bristol and Bath.

About you

  • Experience ofworking as a recruitment consultant, talent specialist or a similar role
  • Able to collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define jobrequirements.
  • Able to developand implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Experienceof source candidates through various channels, including job boards, socialmedia, networking, and referrals.
  • Strongknowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS and HRIS systems.
  • A good understanding of processes and recruitment best practice.
  • Experienceof conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks to ensure the bestfit for the company.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, able to lead and influence to achieveresults.
  • Strongadministrative skills, the ability to manage a varied workload and use avariety of systems and processes.
  • A passionfor staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitmentand talent acquisition.
