We are looking for 2x Infrastructure and Operations Engineers to join a collaborative IT team based on site in Cove Bay. This role involves managing, maintaining, and supporting IT Infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient operations.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Managing and supporting servers, networking, storage, telephony, and client hardware.
• Ensuring security compliance through patching, monitoring, and remediation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues, providing hands on engineering support.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, inventories, and licensing records.
• Collaborating with IT colleagues and business users to deliver excellent service.
• Participating in IT projects, continuity planning, and provide out of hours support on a rota basis.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience desirable.
• Around 10+ years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop, Microsoft 365, storage systems, and systems management tools.
• Experience with networking, virtualisation, and cloud platforms is desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
