Inclusion Practitioner: Early Years & Family Support

Blackburn with Darwen Council is seeking a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner to support children aged 0-5 with emerging needs. You will work within Family Hubs to provide crucial early intervention, guiding families and collaborating with various partners to improve outcomes for children.
