IBA Manager

Overview

A growing Lloyd's Broker is seeking an experienced IBA professional to join them as their IBA Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a small team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of the IBA function, including reconciliations, settlements, credit control, and insurer payments.
• You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. FCA CASS rules) and internal controls while supporting the wider finance function.
• Experience in processing bordereau entries, LPANS and Lloyd's / Xchanging processes.
• Experience in process improvement and automation work desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IBA / credit control / accounts role within an insurance broking or MGA environment with strong understanding of FCA regulatory requirements, particularly CASS rules.
• Excellent reconciliation skills.
• Experience in processing bordereau entries, LPANS and Lloyd's / Xchanging processes.
• Experience in process improvement and automation work desirable.
