HR Generalist / Business Partner (m/f/d) You will:
  • Accompany managers and employees in your area of responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Be the contact person for topics such as personnel planning, compensation & benefits, personnel development and employment law issues.
  • Work with the works council in a legally compliant and solution-oriented manner and represent the interests of the HR department in participation procedures.
  • Participate in or lead exciting HR projects - from digitalization and health management to qualification and training.
  • Network with HR colleagues locally and in our European group and share best practices.
You have:
  • Several years of experience in human resources - e.g., as an HR generalist or HR officer in a blue- and white-collar environment.
  • General practical knowledge of the HR topics mentioned above.
  • Sound knowledge of labor law and ideally experience in working with the works council.
  • A high level of digital affinity, assertiveness , and the right mix of precision and pragmatism.
  • A committed demeanor, team spirit and strong communication skills - in German and English .
  • A completed degree, e.g., in economics, social sciences, or law - or a comparable qualification.
