Health and Safety Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact across our campus. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a strong, positive safety culture, engaging with staff and students on a daily basis.

As a college, we deliver training across a wide range of disciplines including arboriculture, agriculture, construction trades, food and drink, sport, and animal welfare. With on site residential accommodation and a variety of commercial operations-such as extensive sports facilities, events, and a large farming estate-this position offers variety and the opportunity to contribute to a truly dynamic environment.

Working closely with our industry specialists, you will help ensure safe practices and uphold high standards across all areas of the organisation.
