Head of Year, Pastoral & Student Welfare Lead

We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking a dedicated Head of Year to join the Pastoral Team in Burton upon Trent. The role involves working with students who have varying behavioural and emotional needs and requires motivation, emotional resilience, and relationship-building skills.
