Head of Scaffolding

• Manage/Lead scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures such as quotation levels, customer visits etc and other relevant KPI's .
• Develop and implement strategic business plan to substantially grow market share withing scaffolding sector.
• Support Building and Infrastructure formwork teams to grow revenue in all PERI UP scaffolding applications
• Manage pipeline for target projects
• Work closely with the Sales Director to implement and deliver the sales strategy

• Scaffolding Industry marketing and sales
• Proven knowledge of all scaffolding, access and shoring systems used within the sector
• PC literate with good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office standard programmes
• Commercial experience within the scaffolding sector
• Experience with account management of key accounts
• Coaching/Leadership experience of sales engineers/sales managers
