Group Company Secretary - Funds - Small Family Office

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with proven CoSec experience preferable gained from a Funds Services background to join our family office client and take responsibility in supporting all aspects of private and business affairs.

Responsibilities

Joining a small team of 6, the successful applicant's daily duties will include maintaining statutory records, preparing board minutes and shareholder resolutions, updating and maintaining accurate record of property leases, preparing distributions and supporting the CEO with budgets and quarterly bank reporting amongst other tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

A Real Estate focus is important as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, an organised approach and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times and demonstrate strong IT proficiency. While this role is titled Company Secretary and includes those responsibilities, it could also suit someone at Manager level (although there are no people management responsibilities) with experience in a Trust and Company Service Provider or Funds environment.
