For our 2026 graduate programme, we are looking for technically strong, highly creative graduate engineers who want to work with below-ground structures. You will need to be an effective communicator, able to express yourself well using a pencil and willing to embrace our digital revolution. • Minimum 2:1 (Hons) degree (or equivalent) in a suitable engineering discipline
• Commitment to achieving chartership
• Strong interest in ground engineering and geology
• Strong interest in learning what turns a bunch of drawings into an actual project
• Digitally savvy, preferably with programming skills
• A team player
