The Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function plays an integral role in achieving EY's ambition to create long term value as the world's most trusted professional services organization, working hand in hand with the business to market services and solutions, while building commercial value and emotional resonance of the EY brand.
As Senior Audit BMC Program Lead you will support the development and growth of EY Audit through strategic marketing and communications, collaborating with global Assurance leadership, transformation, quality and digital teams to create and activate impact driven programs.
Your key responsibilities- Manage and deliver complex multi channel marketing and communications activities with multiple stakeholders.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide strategic counsel on brand, marketing and communications best practices.
- Create marketing and communications programs, including positioning documents, thought leadership, digital content and product summaries within EY guidelines.
- Support transformation of audit with impact focused change management communications and enablement.
- Identify measurable goals and track success.
- Lead and counsel marketing and communications professionals across the Assurance BMC group and function.
- Travel occasionally.
- Proven track record of turning strategy into action to deliver B2B marketing and communications programs in a dynamic environment.
- Project management expertise and successful delivery within a matrixed, virtual team.
- Strong communications, storytelling and deployment skills, with resource and project management acumen and attention to deadlines.
- Knowledge of marketing channels and tactics, especially digital; ability to apply AI to standardize and simplify processes.
- Excellent networking skills with global leaders and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of global business fundamentals, ethics and cross cultural sensitivities.
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing role and responsibilities.
- Proven success in a Big Four or professional services firm.
- Awareness that the role is global and may require work outside normal business hours.
An experienced B2B brand, marketing and communications "triathlete" with a proven track record in delivering complex, multi channel, global programs in a transforming environment, highly organized, detail oriented, and able to influence senior stakeholders across a multi market environment.

- Competitive base salary range (US) $128,700-$247,800; higher ranges for specific metro areas. Total rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k) and paid time off.
