No 35 Mackenzie Walk is in the hottest location in Canary Wharf and we are looking for a new General Manager to build on the current success of this venue.

No 35 - is a favourite with Canary Wharf workers and visitors alike. A newly decorated and enhanced interior and one of the best outdoor drinking and dining spaces in the wharf means this venue is busy!

As our new GM you will lead this very strong and capable team to the next level of hospitality excellence. You will be someone who seizes every opportunity and who is confident to ensure our customers have the best visits with us again and again.

Your experience is crucial to the success of this role and you will have a strong background in busy hospitality venues, fast paced with a city focus.

Responsibilities

You will lead this strong team to deliver hospitality excellence and foster a culture of service. You will be at the forefront of training your team, with a genuine passion to develop and nurture future stars and in turn, take the business forward. You will uphold our company values of honesty, integrity and fairness with our teams and guests. You will develop a strong bench, with a succession plan to reduce recruitment needs and grow our people into the next Portobello General Managers.
