PDT Horizons are offering fully funded training pathways designed to support newly qualified electrical engineers, as well as engineers from other disciplines, in advancing their skills, gaining industry recognised certification and progressing their careers.

About the Programme:

• Over 60 Guided Learning Hours delivered over a 16-week schedule
• Thorough grounding in power systems, including electrical fundamentals, power generation and switchgear
• Development of the knowledge required for the 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations, assessed through City & Guilds
• Opportunity to explore the core principles of BS7671 and associated regulations
• In-depth training focused on protection for safety, inspection and testing
• City & Guilds certification awarded upon successful completion

Candidate Requirements:

• Aged 19+
• Live or work in the West of England (Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath or North East Somerset)
• Ready to train and start a new career (Also open to those currently employed)
• Previous experience in an engineering / similar role
