This is not a sit behind a desk kind of role - you'll be right in the middle of the action, supporting the team, jumping onto service, keeping standards high and helping create an amazing customer experience every single day.

What you'll be doing

• Leading by example on the floor during busy services
• Supporting café, coffee bar and food service operations
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences with personality and confidence
• Motivating and supporting a fun, energetic team
• Helping with stock ordering, displays and daily operations
• Keeping standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation at their best
• Creating a positive atmosphere where both customers and colleagues enjoy being

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience supervising in hospitality, catering or food service
• Is outgoing, positive and naturally great with people
• Loves being hands on and thrives in a busy environment
• Has a genuine passion for food, coffee and service
• Can stay calm under pressure while keeping energy high
• Brings a can do attitude and team spirit every day
• Takes pride in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment
