Role Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new distribution points using varied lead generation tactics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with independent retailers to promote oral nicotine products.
  • Enhance brand presence through in-store activation and merchandising.
  • Provide high levels of customer service.
  • Manage your time and territory effectively to maximize sales productivity.
  • Keep CRM systems updated regularly.
Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

  • Full driving license.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales roles, including internal or field sales.
  • Examples include estate agents, telesales executives, or current field sales personnel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team player with an outgoing personality.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Commercially minded with a target-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
What We Offer:
  • Base salary of £28,000.
  • Commission of £4,200 annually upon achieving targets.
