Facilities Engineer

Our OEM Client based in Solihull, is searching for a Facilities Engineer to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 21st July 2026.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour.

• Facilities Engineering is responsible for the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
• Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labour, materials, and other related costs.
• Oversees the co-ordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion.
• May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards.
• Level: A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.

• Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.
• Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
