Job Description

We are recruiting exclusively for an Executive Support Assistant to join our Horsforth based client, a global innovator and manufacturer within the Health/Retail sector with a dedication to excellence and a focus on sustainable development. Working alongside the VP of Sales, you will have a truly involved and pivotal role in the business, contributing to success and growth internationally. You will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient and optimised executive support, as a PA to the VP of Sales and support to the wider Sales and Marketing teams.

Main Responsibilities of the Executive Support Assistant:

  • Executive Support (40%): Provide executive support to the VP of Sales, including organising meetings, preparing agendas, recording, and distributing minutes, and more.
  • Business Coordination (30%): Support data consolidation and compilation, provide updated reports including performance and task tracking, and assist the team with effective prioritisation.
  • Continuous Improvement (10%): Review current processes to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Corporate Event Coordination (10%): Coordinate and plan exhibitions and corporate events, including venue selection, logistics, and on-site management.
  • Customer Interaction (10%): Act as the customer voice internally, ensuring enquiries receive accurate information, timely updates, and top-level resolution to any challenges.

About You:

Skills and Experience Required as an Executive Support Assistant:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative, support, or Personal Assistant role, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and ideally a working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Driven and motivated with a desire and passion for finding creative and long-term solutions.
  • Ability to communicate information within a commercial setting and adapt the communication style for each department.
  • Excellent project management skills and understanding of different engagement styles needed for various stakeholders.
