Executive Lead, Strategic HR & Advisory

Reading Borough Council is looking for an experienced HR leader to provide strategic direction across its HR functions. This pivotal role involves advising senior leaders on workforce strategy, leading a high-impact HR function, and shaping the people agenda at scale.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in organisational design, employee relations, and a strong understanding of employment law. A CIPD Chartered membership is essential.
