Ethical Compliance Administrator

We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ethical Compliance Administrator. This role is key to supporting the smooth running of our compliance programs and ensuring accurate record-keeping and coordination across suppliers, factories, and internal teams.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain and update supplier and factory records, including audit reports and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new suppliers and track audit timelines to ensure renewals are completed on time.
  • Support the management of compliance platforms, monitor CAPS progress, and assist with generating reports for internal teams.
  • Help prepare and publish the Global Manufacturing List and ensure supply chain mapping remains accurate.
  • Assist with scheduling and tracking supplier training sessions and engagement activities.
  • Organise and store signed contracts, audit reports, and escalation records for easy access and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support for quarterly reviews, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with suppliers and third-party auditors to ensure documentation and processes are aligned.
  • Contribute to internal communications and help coordinate ESG-related initiatives and events.
  • Document meeting notes and action points, and distribute summaries to attendees promptly after each call.
  • Manage, update, and monitor systems and trackers to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data management systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
