As part of our dedicated IT team, you will ensure the stable, secure and future-proof operation of our IT infrastructure - in the town hall and in our branch offices. You will contribute your ideas, actively drive digitalization and help shape the IT landscape of our administration.

Your main tasks

• Helpdesk and support for the entire IT infrastructure in the town hall
• Monitoring and support of our network infrastructure
• Administration and support of our client and server systems
• IT support for branch offices (e.g. kindergartens, youth center, schools, library, music school, fire departments)
• Collaboration on IT projects, system expansions and modernizations

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration
• Several years of experience in IT support (first or second level)
• Enthusiasm for IT, solution-oriented work and interest in new technologies
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft client / server environments
• Very good German language skills, at least language level C1 (according to CEFR)
• Willingness to work flexible hours (e.g. maintenance windows, troubleshooting)
