The governors are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible Early Years Practitioner to join our EYFS team here at Sandford Hill Primary School from 1st September 2026. This is a full time, temporary post until 31st August 2027, subject to funding.

We are looking for a hardworking, committed and trustworthy individual to work with children, as part of a professional team, on education and social development and to provide a high quality of care.

• Working with individuals or small groups of children, under direction.
• Supporting behaviour management and development.
• Contributing to the development of individual development plans (e.g., Individual Education Plans) for children with special educational needs.
• Setting up and clearing away displays and activities, ensuring that the materials and equipment are safe and clean.
• Having key worker responsibilities for a group of children.
