You'll bring transformational leadership to the service, driving system and people change across the income function to create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.Working closely with colleagues in Finance, Housing, and Policy, you'll introduce fresh ideas for rent and service charge setting, strengthen performance, and ensure we continue to adapt to the evolving requirements of leasehold and benefit reform.
