Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking a Digital Project Engineer on behalf of a client in the FMCG sector for innovative automation projects based in the Netherlands. Join our dynamic team and lead projects that implement cutting-edge technologies like cobots, AMRs, and smart process control systems.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver capital investment projects from scoping to closure.
• Research and evaluate emerging digitalization and automation technologies.
• Oversee integration and implementation of automation systems.
• Customize and configure solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
• Manage project risks and resolve challenges.
• Facilitate project handover to operations and technical teams.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication.
• Manage project budgets and resources.
• Provide training and support for new technologies.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven analytical and change management skills.
• 3-5 years of engineering/technical experience in the food industry.
• Broad knowledge of process and packaging.
• Knowledge in digitalization, IT, and controls.
