Our client is a financially strong, stand-alone provider serving a diverse and complex demographic across two campuses in North Surrey. Following the successful conclusion of a six-year period of FEC intervention, their agility, resilience, and strong brand identity have created a firm foundation for long-term sustainability and ambitious growth.
They are seeking an inspirational and highly experienced leader to join their Executive Team as Deputy Principal. This is a critical leadership role, strategically accountable for Curriculum, Teaching & Learning, and Innovation. You will be the driving force behind their continued evolution towards their vision of becoming an exceptional provider, as they form their new strategic plan.
Their strategic direction is closely aligned with the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), with a core focus on high-demand sectors including Engineering, Construction, Digital Technologies, and Health. This mission is supported by a fully funded, transformative estate redevelopment programme at their Weybridge campus, due for completion in Autumn 2027, ensuring modern, fit-for-purpose learning environments.
The successful candidate will be:
