Deputy Home Manager - Children and Young People at a 4 bed residential home in Northampton. Salary from £33,360 rising to £35,577 p/a plus additional sleep in payments.
Working Hours39 hours per week; full time with long day shifts and occasional sleep in.
LocationNorthampton, Northamptonshire.
ResponsibilitiesAs Deputy Manager you will support the leadership team, contribute to service development, oversee staff, manage budgets and rotas, maintain a therapeutic model of care, and step up to manage the home when required.
Qualifications- 2 years experience in a residential children's home at deputy or senior level
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
- Experience with budgets and rotas
- A full UK driving licence
- Career progression to Registered Manager
