Location: Coleraine, Depot

To lead and manage a range of Housing Executive Direct (HE Direct) teams to ensure the delivery of a modern, professional and responsive maintenance service to meet customer and business needs in line with our vision and values.

The current salary for this post is £45,091-£51,356 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
