Delivery Lead - Service Management

Harvey Nash is recruiting for a Delivery Lead with deep understanding of IT service management, ITIL and SIAM frameworks.

• 12 Month Contract


• ServiceNow / Service Transformation Programme


• £550 - £625 a day - Inside of IR35


• Remote with one visit per month to site

This Programme is to modernise and align our clients service management capabilities with ITIL and SIAM principles. As a Senior Project / Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional delivery teams to realise key workstream outcomes.

• Proven experience leading complex delivery initiatives in agile and hybrid environments.


• Strong track record of delivering medium to large-scale business and technology change projects.


• Deep understanding of IT service management, ITIL and SIAM frameworks.


• Experience managing project financials, including capex/opex structures and cost tracking.


• Strong planning, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.


• Practitioner-level qualifications in project or programme management (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
