We are partnering with a leading London Market insurer to recruit a Delegated Authority Analyst within their Underwriting Operations team. This is a hands-on role managing Coverholder and Delegated Claims Administrator (DCA) audits end-to-end, ensuring compliance with Lloyd's, FCA, and internal standards.

Key responsibilities: coordinate and manage audits, liaise with underwriters, brokers, auditors, and offshore teams, review audit reports, track and follow up on findings, maintain accurate audit records, and produce management information for committees. You will also support risk assessments, governance processes, and DA policy updates.

Candidate requirements: experience in delegated authority, coverholders, or binder management; strong audit, compliance, or quality assurance experience; excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and stakeholder management; knowledge of the London insurance market and regulatory frameworks.

Desirable: Lloyd's experience, CII qualification, and familiarity with ATLAS, DCOM, DAM, or Crystal.
