Role: Data Engineer

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside

Hybrid working: go into office 2 days a week

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)

Insight into the Company:

This organisation is an exciting martech organisation that is looking at innovative ways to market to customers and are looking for a Data Engineer to enter their team. You will be working in a small team, working alongside the Data Integration Manager and they are looking to build up the team over the next year.

The ideal candidate will have experience with managing data warehouses from start to finish and experience with data modelling. The main project will be building a data hub so it can be accessible to the business and stakeholders can use it on a wider scale.

Role and Responsibilities:

• You will design, build and upgrade ETL pipelines
• You will look to manage and optimise data infrastructure
• You will have expertise in a cloud platform - from collecting, to transforming to loading!

Skills and Experience:

• Essential to have experience with:
  • SQL
  • Data warehouse management
  • Data modelling
• Desirable to have experience with:
  • Azure
  • Bachelors in STEM subject - ideally computer science or engineering
  • Python
