About the role

Location: Croxley Green, Rickmansworth

Hours: 20 hours per week (with some flexibility)

Contract type: Term time plus 7 INSET/Additional days, Permanent

(To include presence on site on and around results days)

Salary: H5 9 - £26,409 + £1,013 fringe per annum, (actual salary £12,849 incl. fringe)

Start Date: September 2025

Rickmansworth School is seeking a dedicated Data and Assessment Analyst to join our supportive team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence students' progress through accurate data analysis and assessment support.

You will manage and interpret student performance data, working with teachers and leaders to improve outcomes across Key Stages 3-5. Your insights will help shape teaching strategies and ensure effective assessment tracking.

Selection Process
