A well-established organisation in the Trafford area is seeking a skilled experienced Temporary Credit Controller to join their finance team for a 6-month assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a bustling credit control team and gain valuable experience in a dynamic setting.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key duties include:

• Working on a large ledger, chasing overdue payments via phone and email
• Producing aged debt reports
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries
• Supporting month-end processes

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in Credit Control
• Ability to commit to a 6-month temporary assignment
• Experience working in a Shared Services environment (preferred) but not essential
• Familiarity with SAP (advantageous but not essential) & Excel
• Strong communication and organisational skills
