Job Description

Role: Corporate Reporting Officer
Rate: £20.57 per hour PAYE + holiday
Location: London
Working Pattern: 3 days in office (ideally Monday-Friday)
Length: 3-month contract
Organisation: Housing Association
Contracted Hours: Full Time - 35 hours
Closed for Christmas: 25th December to 2nd January.

Your new company
I am working with a well-known Housing Association based in Central London who are looking for a Corporate Reporting Officer to join an initial 3-month contract in their Reporting team. This role is a hybrid position working 3 days on site, paying £20.57 per hour. You'll play a key role in the administration, analysis, and reporting of performance, management, and regulatory data. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on data manipulation, analytics, and monthly reporting cycles.

Your new role

  • Collate, analyse, and distribute monthly performance management reports and returns.
  • Manipulate and interpret data to identify trends and insights-what do the stats tell us?
  • Maintain and update the Assets and Liabilities Register.
  • Prepare and present KPI definitions and reports to be presented to Directors and the Executive Board.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure KPIs are up-to-date, especially in the second half of each month.
  • Support the review and improvement of reporting systems and processes.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, data manipulation, and reporting).
  • Experience with PowerPoint is desirable
  • Experience with PowerBI for reporting and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Comfortable working to tight monthly deadlines and collaborating across teams.
  • Strong communication skills as you will be dealing with internal stakeholders.
