Conveyancer / Solicitor - Residential Property - Sutton Coldfield

We are looking to recruit a full time quality individualwith experience in Residential Conveyancing to be based withinour Sutton Coldfield office.

Candidates should have knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing including:

• freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
• deferred charges and equity releases
• registrations
• transfers of equity
• remortgages
• shared ownership

You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contacts.

Location: Sutton Coldfield Office
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.15 with a one hour lunch break
Position - Permanent
