Contracts Manager - 1297

Our established M&E services installer is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager. The role will suit a Contracts Manager who has proven experience / success in running and completing of multiple projects, developing/maintaining relationships with Clients and working collaboratively with other departments internally such as the commercial team.

Salary: £65K pa depending on relevant industry experience

Sites: London, mainly based within M25

Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm or 8am to 5pm

1 hour lunch break

Contracts Manager Qualifications/Skills/Experience required:

• 5 years' experience in a management role of a similar nature
• HNC/HND in Mechanical Services or similar
• CSCS
• First Aid
• SMSTS
• Methodical and organized
• Strong leadership skills
• Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Meticulous - detail orientated
• Strong communicator, both verbally & in writing
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask
• Self-motivated
• Trustworthy
• A level of commercial awareness
• Good understanding of mechanical services industry and associated materials
