Continuous Improvement Engineer

As Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll lead the charge in reducing operating costs and boosting contribution margins through lean methodologies. You'll be at the heart of process transformation-enhancing flow, driving automation, and applying Lean tools like Flow Analysis, TAKT, SMED, VSM, 5S, and Value Analysis to deliver measurable impact.
You'll also:
- Champion and coordinate site-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Educate and inspire teams through Lean training, simulations, and workshops
- Support EMEIA Operational Excellence assessments and daily management practices
- Analyse complex data to identify and deliver improvement opportunities
- Contribute to Manufacturing Footprint Projects and quantify benefits
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads with purpose. You'll need:
- Proven leadership and ownership mindset
- Experience in operational improvement within dynamic manufacturing settings
- ONC/HNC in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Engineering (via Apprenticeship)
- Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery improvements
