Position Overview

As a Competition Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the competition litigation practice. Working at the intersection of competition and litigation, you will handle a variety of matters, including regulatory enforcement, standalone competition litigation and competition law complaints. This position offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, shaping new digital markets regulations such as the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth expertise across enforcement and/or litigation matters in competition law
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate complex legal matters in a commercial and client-friendly manner
• Keep abreast of matters that are important to clients and proactively advise them
• Contribute to the growth and success of the competition litigation practice
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service

Your Profile

• Qualified lawyer with 6+ PQE in competition law, particularly in enforcement and/or litigation matters
• Excellent technical ability combined with strong commercial acumen
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner
• Proactive and client-focused approach, staying informed on matters important to clients
