Compassionate Service Administrator - Family Support (PT)

Acacia Family Support is seeking a Service User Administrator to join our Sutton Coldfield head office. This office-based, part-time role is 20 hours per week over four days, with a 9:30am-3:00pm pattern and a fixed-term initial 12 months, subject to funding.

You will deliver compassionate admin support to families affected by perinatal depression and anxiety, manage records, respond to enquiries, and collaborate with staff and volunteers to keep services running smoothly.
