A well-established and highly respected Leicester practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join its thriving disputes team. The Role

You'll handle a broad mix of commercial disputes including contractual claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, and general commercial disagreements for a diverse client base spanning SMEs to national organisations. The team is known for its pragmatic, commercially savvy approach, and you'll be encouraged to take early ownership of matters while benefiting from accessible, hands on supervision.

What You'll Bring

• 1-4 years' PQE in commercial litigation (or strong litigation experience from training).
• A confident, client focused approach with the ability to manage your own caseload.
• Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• A desire to build long term client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
