Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their diverse client base. They are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Solicitor to join their team.

The role:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Provide expert legal advice on contract-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support decision-making and provide guidance on complex contractual issues.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure seamless contract management processes.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in contract drafting and negotiation.

Qualifications:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 1 year experience in commercial contracts.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
