Join SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Clinical Nurse in our Adult Community Mental Health team at Salisbury. This full-time permanent position offers a structured 5-day roster, providing excellent work-life balance while delivering essential mental health services to our community.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive clinical nursing care to adults experiencing mental health challenges in community settings
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers
- Support clients and families through recovery-focused care approaches
- Participate in case management and community outreach programs
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered as a Nurse by the Nursing/Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and hold a current practicing certificate. You must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
