Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) - Join Our Caring Team

Location: Norwich

Salary: £23 - £24ph

Reports to: Home Manager

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our nurses and carers to uphold the highest standards of clinical care and governance within our home.

You'll take the lead in ensuring our residents receive exceptional, person centred care, support your team through strong clinical leadership, and play a key role in continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the nursing and care team to deliver outstanding clinical care.
  • Ensure all clinical practices meet CQC standards and company policies.
  • Support the Home Manager in clinical governance, audits, and compliance monitoring.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to nursing and care staff.
  • Contribute to care planning, assessments, and best practice implementation.
  • Promote a positive, open, and supportive working environment.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong clinical expertise and confidence in decision making.
  • Proven leadership or team management experience within a care setting.
  • Calm, compassionate, and professional under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC standards, and compliance.
  • A passion for developing others and promoting best nursing practice.
Qualifications
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN)
  • Relevant post registration experience in a leadership or senior nursing role.
